Who we are

Meistra, UAB (company code 308067160), Vilnius, Lithuania. For anything concerning personal data, write to crews@meistra.eu.

What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your work email, the trade and headcount you need, the country the crew will work in, your start date, and any details you choose to add. Email and telephone correspondence contains whatever you choose to share with us. We do not create accounts, run marketing lists or buy data.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry, prepare crew proposals and carry out the steps you request before and during an engagement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep ordinary business records (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use personal data for marketing.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, Inc. (USA), under EU standard contractual clauses. The website is served through Cloudflare. With your consent, usage data goes to Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (see Cookies and analytics). We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

By default this site sets one first-party cookie: the record of your cookie choice (meistra_consent, kept for 12 months, strictly necessary). Nothing else loads until you answer the cookie banner. Fonts and all other page resources are served from our own domain.

If you consent, we load Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel to see which ads and searches bring visitors and what they do here: page views, a started enquiry form, clicks on WhatsApp, phone or email. The cookies involved: _ga and _ga_Y5194XGLE7 (Google Analytics 4, property G-Y5194XGLE7), _fbp and _fbc (Meta pixel 1586291979890341). All four are set only after your consent, given per category in the cookie settings. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Usage data goes to Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which may process it outside the EU under EU standard contractual clauses.

If you choose essential only, none of this loads and no such cookies are set.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the cookie settings; a withdrawal removes the cookies of the categories you switch off.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as the enquiry and any engagement that follows require, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to crews@meistra.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; for Meistra that is the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
